Girl On A Budget: Spring Bags Under $30

I received a reader request to do a budget friendly post on bags- such a good idea!  I divided my finds in to two groups, half classic totes, and half spring/summer woven beach bags, because there are SOOO many pretty straw bags out there right now.  I actually cannot believe all of these are under $30!
