Floral Blouse + Over the Knee Boots

So, I've wanted over the knee boots forever.  I wasn't willing to splurge on the originals, and I tried ordered a few different pairs, but was never satisfied.  They didn't stay up on my thighs, or were too wide in the calves.  The other day I went to my good old local store, Target, and there they were!  My unicorn over the knee boots!  The fit is amazing and the price is even better.  I pretty much cannot stop wearing them with everything.
